How to use this product?

Instructions:

Apply the gel to the affected area with a gentle massaging motion.
Reapply the gel 2 to 3 times per day. Wash hands after use.

Precautions for use:

Do not apply onto an open wound, a cut, onto mucous membranes or around the eyes. Keep out of reach of children. Can be used on children aged 1 year upwards. Not for use with those sensitive to arnica. For external use only. Do not ingest.
